Pictures are worth a thousand words. Rich Pictures aim to encapsulate problematic situations in life by incorporating both "hard" factual and "soft" subjective information, elements of structure and processes, and the people and players involved together with any tensions and conflicts.

RICH PICTURES AND OTHER VIEWPOINTS

* Knowledge Management. This Rich Picture has been updated in the light of various changes that have taken place in the Information Professions in the UK. In particular the 'Records Management Society' is now called the 'Information and Records Management Society', the 'British Computer Society' now calls itself the 'Chartered Institute for IT' and the 'Society of Archivists' is now called 'The Archives and Records Association'. The 'Institute of Management Consultancy' also merged with the 'Chatered Management Institute'.
