BOB WIGGINS
Bob Wiggins, the founder of The Cura Consortium, has worked as a senior manager and independently as a management consultant for government and commercial organisations and services industries for over 25 years.
His particular focus is on business strategy, knowledge- information- and records-management. He has consulted in such areas as business improvement, change management, quality assessment, information auditing, requirements specification and procurement. He has a particular interest in business improvement and exploiting the use of the Balanced Scorecard, for which he is a certified consultant.
Bob is the author of the well-received “Effective Document Management – Unlocking Corporate Knowledge”, published by Gower Press and has produced and run courses on information and document management.
